Even in college, the college deemed it necessary to dictate your attire (hell, I was responsible for the no "attitude" tees and no coloured/long hair for guys rule at NITS). This is just taking it to another level - we know better than you, so we are going to dictate what you should do. And they wonder why folks leave the country?
